Directions: Add one sachet to your foot bath or bathtub by hanging it on the faucet or letting it float. Squeeze the bag from time to time to release the tea. Soak and relax.
Ingredients: Lavender flower bud, chamomile flower, rose petal, epsom salt.

Directions: Massage a small amount into the affected area as needed. If you are using for chronic pain, it can take up to two weeks to see results. For external use only. Do not use on open wounds or cuts.
Ingredients: Jojoba oil, Coconut Oil, Organic White Beeswax, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, Turmeric, Mustard, Clove essential oil, Copaiba essential oil.
